This notice describes how LOCL.space collects and uses information on the public marketing website at locl.space. It covers the early-access waitlist and basic usage events. It is not a product terms of service for a live website builder.
Who we are
LOCL.space is operated by LOCL. It is the website and web-presence product in the LOCL ecosystem, alongside VIVO (local discovery) and LOCL.ONE (business intelligence, evidence and relationships).
Waitlist information
If you join early access we store the email address you submit, optional business type, city, website URL, and standard marketing attribution fields such as referrer and UTM parameters. We use this to contact you about LOCL.space early access. We do not sell waitlist data.
Events
The site may record anonymous product events such as page views and waitlist interactions, including a session identifier, path, and optional business type. These events help us understand whether the marketing site is working. They are not used to build advertising profiles.
Cookies and analytics
Google Tag Manager (GTM-MFGBRLP6) may load measurement tags on this site. You can control cookies through your browser. The waitlist form also includes a honeypot field to reduce spam.
